Over the last few weeks, the Formstack team has been actively listening and thinking about how to best support organizations that are facing COVID-19 challenges and who are looking for immediate solutions. These experiences might help others who are on the front lines and are dealing with the massive influx of patients and requests associated with the coronavirus pandemic.
To support that effort, Formstack has launched the Formstack COVID-19 Relief Program. From now until August 1, 2020, Formstack is offering a free Formstack Forms HIPAA plan to all qualified US-based healthcare, nonprofit, and government organizations collecting HIPAA data as it relates to COVID-19. As part of the program, approved organizations can quickly collect critical information from patients, employees, volunteers, etc. and automate daily tasks with HIPAA compliant forms that can be created and shared anywhere.
